Madhyapur Art council, in coordination with Newah Dey Daboo (National Newar
Forum) has conducted a month long training in Dharan (East Nepal). Bijay Kumar
Prajapati had conducted the class.

Madhyapur Art council published the second issue of 'Madhyapur' newsletter on
the occasion of Nepalese new year Nepal Era 1124. The newsletter was editted by

Chittadhar Award awarded to Madhyapur Art Council
Nepalbhasa Parishad has awarded 15th Chittadhar Award to Madhyapur Art Council in recognition of its long time contribution in the field of preservation and presentation of nepal bhasa and culture within the nation and outside.
Humour Conference (Khyaligulu Munjya)
Madhyapur Art Council organized Nepalbhasa humor conference on 22nd of December in NTB hall, Thimi Bhaktapur. At the program chaired by Bikram Prajapati, Madan Krishna Shrestha, Haribansha Acharya, Surya Bahadur Piwah, Padma Ratna Tuladhar, Madan Mohan Mishra, Ram Shekhar, Hridaya Prashad Mishra, Kesh Ratna Shakya, Nirmal Bajracharya, Raju Syasyah, Saurabh Shakya, Ram Krishna Duwal, Sharad Kashah, Mina Shrestha and Subhash Ram performed humour songs, poems, gajals, articles, jokes etc. Mr. Ganesh Ram Lachhi, president of Madhyapur Art Council also spoke on the program
Evaluation of Humour Conference
